I graduated on 17th October 2021 as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
My Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy training was undertaken at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School (CPHT) – Hampshire, an accredited centre of excellence in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and a leading UK government recognised teaching authority.
I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
My background is in software and programming, a very analytical subject and I take a very evidence-based approach to this work. Whilst our conscious mind is, of course, nothing like a computer neural network, it turns out that our subconscious is quite similar. Our subconscious can, unfortunately, easily learn the wrong behaviours in life, but we can also reprogram our subconscious for the better, and my role is to enable you to do that.
